• Please allow us 1-3 days to process your order. After we have sent the parcel out it should take 2-4 working days to arrive by Royal Mail Second Class, unless of course you have selected a faster delivery option.

  • We do not accept refunds/exchanges at this time. However, if there is an issue with your order please send us an email at pizzatibusiness@gmail.com and we will try to solve it to the best of our ability!

  • All items on my store are 100% vegan friendly. I do however have a specific vegan collection from which I donate 10% to vegan charities :)

  • Of course! You can cancel your order within 24 hours of confirmation. Please contact us with your name and order number at pizzatibusiness@gmail.com. Unfortunately, after 24 hours and once your order has been processed, we would not be able to make any changes or cancel the order you have made.

  • We don't currently ship to Europe due to previous issues we have had in the past (Brexit). This website is UK only but we do ship internationally! Just head over to our Etsy store Pizzati and you will be able to make your purchase there :)

  • To make delivery as affordable as possible, as standard we use Royal Mail Standard delivery which does not provide a tracking number. However if you require tracking, there is an option at checkout to upgrade and add tracking so you can keep an eye on the journey of your package!

  • We truly hope this doesn't occur as we dedicated to get your parcels to you as soon as we can. However in the rare occasion there is a delay, please allow 5-10 more days for the parcel to arrive before contacting: pizzatibusiness@gmail.com. Sometimes there are a few mishaps at the post office which are unfortunately out of our control so allowing this extra time means the issue is more likely to solve itself out. If you already waited the extra time and it still has not arrived, please send us an email and we will refund your order or resend it if it's still in stock on our store.

  • Oh no :( If your item is missing, faulty or damaged, please contact us first by email at pizzatibusiness@gmail.com with your order number and which item is at fault or missing. We may be able to issue a refund/replacement.

  • Seconds are items that have more visible imperfections. Since a lot of my items are handmade, this can sometimes happen. What is wrong with the item differs from post to post and you can find the details in the specific post’s description.
